The full event will take place at The Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa, 160 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
OLA has a hotel room block reserved for confirmed attendees with a preferential rate of $179/night.
- This amount does not include the $35 destination fee and ~13% tax.
- The room block booking site will be provided in attendees' registration confirmation email.

- How to Register:
- OLA Prospects (Aspiring Actuaries) whose travel, lodging, and event registration are sponsored/covered by OLA will only receive the link to register once they
are accepted through the OLA Early Career Symposium (ECS) Travel Sponsorship Application linked here: https://members.latinoactuaries.org/page/OLA-2024-ECS-Application-Information.
- OLA Prospects (Aspiring Actuaries) whose travel, lodging, and event registration are NOT covered by OLA should email the 2024 ECS Planning Team at ecs@latinoactuaries.org. They will send the registration link once they verify the prospect is enrolled in OLA Academy.
- If you are interested in attending the ECS at your own expense, this option is available to you!
- Note that you must be enrolled in OLA Academy to be eligible to register for the ECS, regardless of whether or not your travel is sponsored by OLA. You can apply here if not already enrolled: https://members.latinoactuaries.org/page/OLAA-Application-Information
- Corporate Sponsors will only receive the link to register once they complete their 2024 Annual Sponsorship Package commitment and payment with OLA's Corporate Engagement team.

- Corporate Sponsors must be committed and paid prior to April 30, 2024 in order to receive their registration link in time to confirm their participation in the ECS Career Fair.
- Each corporate sponsor must submit at least one registration using the registration link provided to them via email in order to confirm and secure their company's participation. The ECS Career Fair is subject to capacity constraints, so companies will secure their space in order of their first representative's registration.
- All other ECS functions will be available to corporate sponsor representatives who register by the general attendee registration deadline of May 31, 2024.
- All other attendees can email the 2024 ECS Planning Team at ecs@latinoactuaries.org to receive more information about how to register for the OLA ECS Mixer, which is the only feature of the ECS available to local OLA members, allies, etc. whose companies are not OLA ECS Corporate Sponsors.
- Registration will be available on a case-by-case basis due to limited capacity for this event.
- The general attendee registration deadline is May 31, 2024.
- All other event information, including the detailed agenda, Speaker Bios, etc. will be included on the 2024 ECS Cvent website, which will launch in March 2024 and is only accessible to those attendees who have registered for the event.
