Due to capacity constraints, we are limiting corporate sponsors to two representatives per company. OLA members are not subject to this requirement if they are attending individually as opposed to on behalf of their company.

Please select the "Waitlist" ticket under the "Attendee Selections" section on the registration page if your ticket type is at capacity; we will reach out as space opens up. Any registrations utilizing ticket types that do not correspond to their registration details will be canceled and asked to re-register (i.e. a student signing up as a Board member).

Your registration will be confirmed, but not approved, immediately upon completing the process online. Please see your confirmation email for details. We will manually approve registrations as they come in to ensure compliance with the above policies.

When filling out the checkout information for these free tickets, please feel free to use "123 Main St." in the "Address Line 1" field (or any value you choose) along with your state/country to avoid providing any personal/confidential information as we cannot turn off the billing address feature on the last page due to default OLA Member Portal settings.
