OLA's 2025 Virtual Career Fair will take place on the Radancy platform on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 2 PM - 6 PM ET.

OLA will award a $50 Amazon gift card at the end of the fair to the OLA Academy (OLAA) participant who has spent the most minutes speaking with companies! The largest reward, of course, will be connecting with as many company representatives as possible and getting interviews!

Ready to register? Click here to access the OLA Academy participant registration form! The "Thank You"/confirmation page of the registration form will contain the links to register for each career fair on the Radancy platform.

If you are NOT an OLA Academy participant, please fill out this interest form to be put in line to receive the Radancy registration links as space permits. OLA Academy participants will be given priority.

Please note that only OLA Academy participants who have completed their Spring/Summer 2025 Badges will be able to access the registration form in advance of the career fair in order to give priority for scheduled chats with companies to those who have put in the work to prepare for recruiting season.
