Your registration will be confirmed, but not approved, immediately upon completing the process online. Please see your confirmation email for details. We will manually approve registrations as they come in to ensure capacity constraints are met. After registrations reach a certain threshold, new registration requests will be placed on a waitlist; we will reach out as space opens up.

As a reminder, OLA does not reimburse attendees for costs related to participating in this event, including travel, lodging, parking validation, etc.
